ASUYEBOA; Residents Angry with Authorities, Set to Demonstrate


Residents of Asuyeboa in the Kwadaso Constituency of the Ashanti Region are set to hit the streets over what they describe as ‘dead traps’ challenge.

They have complained about numerous problems confronting the community which is making life very threatening.

Ghastly market place, lack of traffic lights on their road etc. are part of the hindrances listed by the residents.

Speaking to SILVER FM’s Akwadaa Nyame in his visit to the place, they described how traders in the community are been compelled to seal all activities when raining.

They pointed out to Akwadaa Nyame that, the roofs and buildings of the market are in a terrible state that, customers and traders must hurriedly abscond the place when drizzling.

Not forgotten the most worried and the awful problem in the community, the residents added the high rate at which people are been killed in the community.

According to them lack of traffic lights on the road, cut-shot a human life almost every week.

A situation they referred to it as very ‘pathetic’ and unfriendly to any human society. 

Therefore, Government, stakeholders have been called on to aid in addressing their challenges as a matter of urgency, ELSE…………..
