Gov’t intends Completing the 88 health Facilities within a Year – Member on Health Committee
“The opposition NDC struggles with self complex problems- they give up easily,” Member of Parliament for Atwima Kwanwoma and Member of Parliamentary Select Committee of Health, Hon. Appiah Kubi (Dr.) reacted to the largest opposition questioning of Akufo-Addo’s 88 hospitals to be built in various districts.

He stressed: “the difference between us and the NDC is that we don’t give up easily” the MP told Nana Kwabena Ampratwum on Omanbapa Morning Show.
Some elements of the opposition NDC, are questioning President Akufo-Addo’s big plan of securing some 88 hospitals in various districts without health facilities and another six in the newly created regions.
President Akufo-Addo during his 8th address to the nation on measures taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the country, said he has on his radar the construction of these facilities in the districts as the global plague has exposed the unequal distribution of health facilities in the country
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Sagnarigu Constituency in the Northern Region, Alhaji A.B.A Fuseini, has described President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s promise to construct 88 new district hospitals and six new regional hospitals within a year as deadly than Coronavirus.

Reacting to the issue, Dr. Appiah Kubi said, the over 88 hospitals disclosed to be constructed by the President when started will complete in a year as planned.
On abandoned chip compound and other facilities by the then NDC government, Dr. Appiah Kubi had this to say.
