WE'RE COMPELLED TO REDUCE THE PRICE OF OUR GOODS DUE TO OUR ROADS - TRADERS CRY*

Traders that ply their trade along the boulevard of Aputuogya, a community in the Bosomtwe Constituency have made a solemn call to the government to as a matter of urgency come to their aid and fix their deplorable road.


Explaining their ordeals to Bilson Solomon, the aggrieved women exclaimed that the dusty nature of the road constantly affects their health and the goods they sell. 


According to them, they are compelled to reduce the price of their goods  and sell it at a bargain because the nature of the products are made old by the heavy dust.


They further noted that though nose masks and face shields are encouraged to be worn to prevent contracting COVID 19 but the usage serves multipurpose function to them. Thus, protection against the novel Corona Virus and pollution related diseases.

Drivers who make their daily bread on the road said the monies accumulated are used for the maintenance of their motors and drugs.
