ASSEMBLY MAN SUSPECTED OF KILLING A MAN DENIES ALLEGATION
Hon. Appiah Tizaabom, the Assembly Member for Twumasi-Krom electoral area has denied knowledge of the demise of one, Nana Kwame.
The deceased, Nana Kwame was tied and beaten to death by yet to be known people in Twumasi-Krom in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region.
Meanwhile the deceased family suspects the Assembly Member Appiah Tizaabom and one other person who is in the grip of the police for carrying out such inhumane act.
They believe,the assembly member conspired with some youth including one Wofa Ata and mobbed their beloved Kwame to death.
But speaking to the assembly member to get his side of the story, Hon. Tizaabom denied any knowledge of the matter saying he knowns nothing and will remain innocent at the end of the police investigation.
He explained on Silver FM's Omanbapa Morning Show that, he told Nana Ampratwum that, he did not partake in any form of act that led to the gruesome killing of the late Nana Kwame.
However, the police in Nsuatre has arrested one of the named suspects, Wofa Ata to assist in investigation.
The body has since been conveyed by the police and sent to the Sunyani Regional Hospital’s morgue for preservation and autopsy.
