Man shoots himself to death after shooting someone in Ayeduase

Information reaching Silver fm indicates that, a man has committed suicide by shooting himself after shooting someone at Ayeduase in Oforikrom Municipal.

Assembly member of the area, Hon. Justice Atobrah speaking to Nana Ampratwum on Silver fm Omanbapa morning show said, the deceased who was driving his own kia salon car with the registration number GR 2019-19 had a confrontation with his fellow driver.

According to him, the confrontation drew attention from someone who tried to calm the situation but suddenly pulled a gun a shot the person three times in his waist.

He added that, the deceased tried to escape after committing the crime but was blocked by some of the drivers around the place.

He noted that, the man shot himself upon seeing the Police personals and died on the spot.

He disclosed that, the man who was shot is currently receiving treatment from the hospital.
